What this report is, and isn't.
It's a careful, structured look at your public website, based on what a prospective client can actually see. It isn't an analytics audit, an SEO campaign, legal or regulatory advice, or a promise of more enquiries. We quote your pages exactly, measure speed with a named tool, and mark anything we couldn't see as “not checked” rather than guessing. We're a new business ourselves, so we don't have testimonials to show you yet, and we won't invent any.

Common questions.
Do you need access to my website or analytics?
No. We only look at your public pages, as a visitor would.
Will you call me?
No, never. Everything is by email, including any questions after delivery.
How long does it take?
We email the PDF within 3 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
What's the difference between £49 and £99?
Both include the full review and the top 3 fixes. The £99 Plus tier adds ready-to-paste rewritten copy for those three fixes, or a brief for your web developer where a fix is technical.
Will you make the changes on my site?
No. We tell you exactly what to change, and on Plus we write the words. You or your web developer make the changes.
Is this a compliance check for my profession or industry?
No. Where your site mentions a professional body, accreditation or regulator, we check that a visitor can verify it, but we don’t advise on whether your website meets your professional or regulatory rules. Your professional body or adviser can help with that.
Why is a company called Net Zero Pipeline doing this?
Net Zero Pipeline is the trading name we use for our energy-installer work, and the same website review works for any business that wins clients online. It’s the same company, SAI Reserves Ltd, and the same people answer your emails.
Can I see an example?
Yes. Here’s a sample report (PDF), from our installer version, based on a real UK installer’s public website (anonymised, details generalised). Your report uses the same structure, with the checks matched to your sector.
What if my website is down or being rebuilt?
Tell us in the notes. If we can't review the site properly, we'll email you before we start and give you a full refund. You can also cancel for a full refund before we start work, or if we deliver more than 5 working days late. After delivery there are no refunds, but we'll correct any factual error free within 14 days. Full details are in our terms of sale.
Do I have to be a Net Zero Pipeline lead-generation client?
No. The report is a standalone product, and ordering one doesn't commit you to anything else.
Can sole traders order?
Yes. The report is open to companies, partnerships and sole traders buying for their trade. Just tell us your trading name.
What does the re-check include?
One free re-check of the same pages within 30 days of delivery. Reply to the delivery email once your changes are live, and we'll tell you by email what has improved and what's still outstanding.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Plus later?
Yes, for £50, within 30 days of delivery: pay for the upgrade here, or reply to the delivery email and we'll send the rewritten copy for your top 3 fixes within 3 working days of payment.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to deliver your report and answer your emails, as set out in our privacy notice. See the “Website Gap Report orders” section.
