1. Who we are
Net Zero Pipeline is a trading name of SAI Reserves Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17534122). Registered office: Ground Floor Kings House, 202 Lower High Street, Watford, WD17 2EH. Email: hello@netzeropipeline.com.
2. Who can order
Reports are sold to businesses only, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders buying for their trade. By ordering you confirm you are buying for business purposes. We don't sell to consumers (people buying for personal use), and we may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be from one, with a full refund.
3. What you get
- Standard, £49: a PDF report reviewing the public website you name against our eight checks, with a scorecard and your top 3 fixes in priority order.
- Plus, £99: everything in Standard, plus rewritten copy for the top 3 fixes (or a plain-English brief for your web developer where a fix is technical).
- Upgrade, £50: after a Standard report is delivered, you can upgrade it to Plus for £50. The upgrade offer is open for 30 days after we deliver the Standard report.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are fixed and one-off. SAI Reserves Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
5. Ordering and payment
You order using the form on our website or by email. You then pay using a secure Stripe card payment link, shown after you order and sent to you by email. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see your full card details. The contract starts when you pay. We don't start work until payment is received.
6. Delivery
We email the report as a PDF to the address you give us within 3 working days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). If we're going to be late, we'll tell you by email. If we miss the deadline by more than 5 working days, you can cancel for a full refund.
7. What the report is
The report is our opinion, based on the public pages of your website as they were on the date we checked them. It is not a guarantee of more enquiries, sales or search rankings. We may mark some checks "not checked" if we can't assess them from public pages. We don't log in to your systems, submit your forms or contact your customers. The report is not legal, regulatory, professional-conduct or accreditation advice. Where your website mentions a regulator, professional body or scheme, we only check whether a visitor can find and verify it.
8. Refunds
- If we can't review your website (for example, it's offline or behind a login), we'll tell you and give a full refund.
- Cancelling before we start: you can cancel for a full refund if you ask before we start work on your report. Once work has started, we don't refund, except as below.
- Late delivery: if we deliver more than 5 working days after the deadline in section 6, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After delivery: there are no refunds once the report is delivered. If something in it is factually wrong about your website as it was on the date we checked it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it free of charge.
- Agreed refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 working days of being agreed.
- All refund requests are decided by SAI Reserves Ltd's director.
9. Re-check
Within 30 days of delivery, you can ask for one free re-check of the same website after you've made changes. We'll email you a short update on the checks you've worked on. One re-check per report.
10. Using the report
Once you've paid, you can use the report and any rewritten copy freely in your own business, including on your website. We keep the right to use our general methods and templates. We won't publish your report or name you as a customer without your written permission.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. We aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue or business, or for any indirect loss.
12. Your data
We use your details as described in our privacy notice (netzeropipeline.com/privacy.html), including the "Website Gap Report orders" section.
13. Questions and complaints
Email hello@netzeropipeline.com quoting your report reference. We answer by email, usually within one working day. We don't take calls.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
